If your application is approved, you can anticipate being billed between 5-7 business days from the date of submission. In total, the entire process from submission to billing typically takes 7 days.
Why do you assess an Insurance Fee of $25?

Why was my Invoice canceled?
At The Female Maker Market, we allow all merchants up to 48 hours from receiving the invoice to pay. We also have a tight timeframe for holding spots for approved merchants since most of our popular categories fill up the fastest. Should you need additional time to pay, please get in touch with a member of our staff to coordinate payment options available to you.
What is your cancellation policy?
At The Female Maker Market, we uphold a strict no refunds, no transfers, no exchange policy for merchants who have paid for a market spot. While we acknowledge that external consequences may arise, we remain committed to being a market of our word. Unless we, the Female Maker Market need to move the date of a market that has been paid for by the merchant, exceptional circumstances like inclement weather or unforeseen events necessitate a date transfer, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide the option to transfer the credit to another future market. This policy allows us to maintain consistency and fairness for all our participating merchants.
